Can I Customise My Bed?
Yes. Please contact us before you place your order to discuss your requirements.
If you have already placed your order, then please get in touch as soon as possible as
changes to orders need to be requested before your bed is handmade.
How Long Will My Bed Take To Arrive?
All beds are made to order and not stocked to dispatch. Lead time from bed ordered to delivery is 6-8 Weeks.
We aim to ship as soon as possible. Occasionally can be less than 6 weeks but not guaranteed hence.
Can I Request A Fabric Sample?
Yes, sure you can. Please call or email for a fabric sample to be dispatched.
Can You Assemble My Bed?
Its not a service we are offering, due to dependency on location. If we fulfil delivery ourselves (within New Jersey) Then yes at a small cost.
Most deliveries are fulfilled by Delivery partners who DON`T offer this service. All beds are handmade with easy self-assembly. We can guide you through this, if required.
Do You Have A Showroom?
We Operate solely online. We currently have no showrooms to keep the costs down and pass this saving to our customers too.
